Attorney Christopher Cessna explains how he may be able to refute blood test results.
Many people believe that if they took a blood test in their case that their case is over, that it cannot be won and there is nothing that can be further from the truth. There are many, many mistakes that can happen in the processing of that blood test—from the officer that handled that blood kit to the phlebotomist to the technicians at the laboratory where it was analyzed. Even the machine that it was analyzed on, a gas chromatograph, can make mistakes. I have advanced training; in fact, I am one of the very few attorneys in the country who has been selected into what is called forensic attorney’s group, because of my advance training in the blood test evidence, because of my advance in the science behind blood testing. If you took a blood test, call me. I will describe all the mistakes that can be made and then maybe we can see if we can get your case thrown out of court.
