If you have just been arrested for a DUI, you may have taken a blood test or breath test. In fact, you may have refused all of the testing, but if you took a blood test or a breath test, we can help you. If your breath test came in above .05, you can still be convicted of a drinking and driving offense. If it came in a .08 DMV, we will try and take your driver’s license, maybe for as long as a year. We can help you either way, because we have the specialized knowledge in the blood testing and the breath testing to analyze and almost always find fault with those tests. The question is going to be how big will the problems be that we find.
